Print & mail
A finished postcard can also be ordered as a real, printed card — on real archival card stock, mailed in an envelope. Currently EU and UK only.

Where do you ship?[+]
Currently only within the EU and to the UK — where our print partner actually produces.
Can any card be printed?[+]
Only cards with a back side — a message and a recipient address. You can add that right after generating, or anytime later from the gallery.
What happens if printing fails?[+]
An already-paid order is refunded automatically if the handoff to our print partner fails — you never pay for a card that was never printed.
How do I know when my card shipped?[+]
You get an email for every status change — in production, shipped (with tracking, when available), or cancelled. The current status is also always visible in your account.
Can I return a printed card?[+]
No — every card is made specifically for you (your photo, your stamp, your message), which excludes the statutory right of withdrawal. More in the withdrawal policy
Credits
Do credits expire?[+]
No. Credits you buy stay in your account until you use them.
What if a generation fails?[+]
You get the credit back automatically — you're never charged for a postcard you didn't receive.
Does a batch cost more per postcard?[+]
No. It's always 1 credit per postcard, whether you generate one at a time or as a batch.
What payment methods do you accept?[+]
Cards, via Stripe.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?[+]
Not currently — only failed generations are refunded automatically.
